Style is a very personal thing, and yet a lot of us default to something very basic in how we express ourselves. Why is that?
The thinking usually goes like this, something Classic for the office, something glitsy and Dramatic for the evenings out, and Casual jeans and tee combo for everything else in between.
But what if I showed you a whole world of style with a myriad of looks for you to choose from.
Would you be excited?
Or overwhelmed by all the choices?
How would you tell which styles are perfect for you?…
To find out your true style you need to look at your face first!
Yes, YOUR FACE holds the key to your style. As it correlates with lines and cuts in clothes, choice of fabrics and textures, decorations, colors and prints.
If this is a new concept to you, then welcome to the world of style types, pioneered by David Kibbe. After him, several more systems followed.
But the truth is, it can be very overwhelming to figure out all those systems by yourself and then apply the knowledge to the actual shopping with new trends introduced every season and huge selections! (Kibbe’s examples from the 80’s aren’t much help.) Factor in that we are also bombarded by fashion magazines recomendations on what we should wear. Not to mention envy-inspiring streetstyle bloggers. How the heck do they look so fab? How does she pull this off and most importantly, can I? Questions, questions, questions….
And we default to our “usual style” (see paragraph #2).
But what if you can look just as interesting as a street style star? What if you knew how to mix styles, fabrics, colors, and accessories in a masterful way that will express your individuality 100% ?
Or maybe you want to express your status through clothes and how much you’ve accomplished. There’s definitely a way to do that.
Maybe you want to project your femininity through clothes to attract the ideal partner.
All that and more you can do through your personal style.
And there’s two ways to go about it. First way is a long road full of trial and error, money and energy wasted.
Second way is a shortcut, led by an expert, to the immediate result.
If you’d prefer a second way, book a style consultation with me.
Here’s how we’ll proceed:
After gathering some necessary information from you on your lifestyle, work dress code, etc. and some photos, we will schedule a Skype consultation which lasts about 2 hours.
During consultation, I’m going to show you a presentation with your styles, explain why each fits with your facial features, backed up by lots examples pulled from today’s trends, with a variety of looks for different occasions and different seasons.
After the consultation, you will get a personal LOOKBOOK for reference. As trends and seasons change, you’d be empowered, because the knowledge base that you’d have about styles and what fits you personally will benefit you in the years to come and make clothes shopping a breeze!
